The End Of The Holidays
Life is odd in certain levels. You could hardly grasp the essence of certain things. Some anticipation can rise up your anxiety as well as when events come to an end. The end of the holidays has brought some point of loneliness. This feeling sometime is inescapable. It just happens. From all the preparation, even the excitement of motioning to it, the rush of finishing some errands or work, and the exuberance of celebrating the holidays, some can not avoid the feeling of unknown disappointment after all the celebration of the holidays.
My kids too can not help but be sad that holiday is over. In some point, we all can not get enough of happiness. Life is a constant struggle I must say. We somehow have to face it. And despite how swift happiness can be, let us just be grateful of the things that we have and let go of the things that are simply passing. Contentment is a word that can bring you a long way and help you stay away from the road of bitterness. Endings can be lonesome but on the hand makes you look forward again for the next holiday to come. It might be hard for you to get up and get back to the routines of life but let us face it that is what life is. Beginnings are always exciting but endings are not. But sometimes too, you can not wait for the end to come. That is some antithesis of life. But regardless of how you are feeling, live one day at time and enjoy it in full.
